WHAT ARE GICLEE PRINTS?
Simply put, a giclee (pronounced “zhee'clay”) is a fine art print created by using a specialised high resolution inkjet printer. Yes, a giclée is in fact an “art print” but giclée prints stand apart with their extremely high level of quality, longevity and value compared to a standard print. The large format printers use 12 inks which are UV protected.
I specify Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper which is a high quality archival fine art paper designed especially for high quality giclée printing.
Giclée prints offer a perfect reproduction from my digitally drawn iPad drawings with beautiful rich clean colour reproduction allowing you to see all mark making in detail.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Paintings will be shipped within 3 days of receiving your order. Prints are printed on demand so these are shipped within 3 to 5 days from receipt of your order.
HOW ARE ITEMS PACKAGED?
I take immense care to ensure that each painting and print reaches you in the same pristine condition as when it left my studio, whether it's heading across the country or to the other side of the world.
Digital Prints:
Digital prints are delicately wrapped in tissue and meticulously rolled in a heavy-duty cardboard tube with sealed plastic end caps. Upon receiving your print, carefully remove it from the tube, taking care not to touch the printed surface. These prints are ready to be framed, with or without a mount.
Paintings:
Original paintings receive special attention. They are wrapped in recyclable bubble wrap, complete with corner protectors, and then securely packaged in rigid cardboard boxes. This meticulous process ensures that your painting is fully shielded during its journey to you.
Your satisfaction is my priority, and I want you to experience the joy of unwrapping your artwork in perfect condition. If you have any specific questions about the packaging or need further assistance, feel free to contact me at mail@jeffparkerart.co.uk. I'm here to ensure your art arrives with the utmost care and attention to detail.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED
In the unlikely event your painting or print arrives damaged please retain the packaging and photograph the damage to the outer packaging and item itself and contact me by email at: mail@jeffparkerart.co.uk
I will then dispatch another print or in the case of a damaged painting offer a refund on its return where I will seek to make a claim on the insurance which applies to all items.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?
All prints and paintings are supplied unframed to allow you to choose a framing style that best complements your decor. However, I’m happy to offer framing suggestions—please feel free to contact me before or after your purchase to discuss options. For digital iPad prints, I recommend an oak frame around 20mm wide at the front and 30mm deep, with the choice of adding a mount left to personal preference (I tend to prefer them without one). On this website, you’ll see framed mockups of my paintings, often shown in wide frames (50-76mm), which I feel best suits the size of my current works. Recently, I’ve been using frames painted in Farrow & Ball’s 'Elephant’s Breath' with a 'Pointing' slip inset, which offers a warm, neutral grey that beautifully highlights each piece. This can be seen in several of the mockups displayed here - contact me if you are interested in purchasing a framed, ready to hang painting or print.
RETURNS POLICY
I want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, my 14-day returns policy is here to ensure a simple and stress-free process.
Should you wish to return your artwork, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it to arrange the return. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, using a tracked and insured service that covers the full value of the painting or print. This ensures its safe return and protects both of us.
Once I receive the artwork in its original condition, I’ll process a full refund promptly to the card used for your purchase. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I want you to feel confident every step of the way.
If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact me. I’m here to help, address any concerns you may have.
Please note that while I do my best to provide a seamless experience, I can’t accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. Refunds cannot be issued for paintings or prints that are returned damaged, as they cannot be resold. Insured shipping is essential to safeguard against such risks.
