I’m a landscape painter based in North Yorkshire, working primarily on location throughout the seasons.

My oil paintings are rooted in direct engagement with the British landscape - shaped by standing within the terrain itself, observing how weather, light and season continually alter a place. What begins outdoors is carried forward through memory and experience, but always grounded in time spent in the field.
