Painted en plein air on a blustery October afternoon I was taken by the orange autumn foliage contrasted against the complimentary blue greens of the ivy clad oak trees and the bright acid greens of the freshly sown field and magenta hues in the distant hills. Oil on canvas panel 30 cm x 40 cm.
