A quiet track winds past this old magnificent oak tree which I've painted on another occasion. It's October now so the colours are earthy, the leaves of the oak beginning to turn in colour to a warm earthy yellow. The ploughed field had a purple cast so I emphasised this to complment the green of the track.
Oil on canvas panel 50 cm x 40 cm unframed.
