Fox Folly, Autumn

An autumn rendition of a regular and favourite viewpoint. This is painted without any medium as I knocked over my dipping holder of oil and spirit so had to paint alla prima straight from the tube. As a result, I used stronger and more considered strokes which made for a stronger more stylistic painting and pushed my technique . Oil on canvas board 40cm x 50cm, unframed. Framed images serve as a guiding light, offering a window into the painting's essence and allowing you to envision it within the confines of your own space.
