The low winter sun brings a subtle warmth to the bare hedgerows, set against the cooler blues and violets of shadow and frozen ground. The ivy-clad tree anchors the foreground, while the rutted track, holding patches of water and ice, leads into the quieter landscape beyond. A study in winter light and the shifting balance between warmth and cold.
